currently on my playlist.

There's probably only 7 people on earth who actually know what they're doing during the whole smelling, swirling and sipping wine thing.

this is my list.

spring is flavored vodka. white grape, vanilla. mmm

summer is gin. gd, i love gin with loads of mint and fresh lime.

fall is rye, whisky and assorted ports and wine.

winter is always golden, spiced or dark rum and assorted beer.

my birthday is october 5th and we always celebrate with champagne. asti spumante is the equivalent to liquid candy and is most definitely an allowable birthday treat. it's an old italian family tradition and i love tradition.

grilled peaches are the perfect summer treat

my favorite summer snacks.

dessert - hot grilled peaches with fresh cut strawberries and frozen blueberries.

salad - finely chopped mango, red onion, yellow peppers, fresh basil & real crab. chopped mint optional

i love food, but absolutely no preservatives are allowed on this diet. it feels good.

BBQ your peaches in wedges or slices. it doesn't take long. if you are not watching your calories then you can use thick maple syrup to glaze. a never fail is sprinkling brown sugar on top and placing under broiler for 1-3 minutes. keep watch. it caramelizes quickly. this is good on a baked salmon as well.

ice cream or fresh whip cream optional.

just watched this movie in german with english subtitles. turns out there was an english version. fek, i can be a dumbass sometimes. anyways, i give it 2 lollipops. that's a double thumbs up.

All out of clean spoons so i guess i'll have to eat this fat free yogurt with my gun.

seriously enjoying this strict diet. yay.

backyard sunday.

today i intend to plant my ass in my over priced lawn furniture and soak up some much needed sun. i hardly get to use it because I always lose the weather lottery on my days off but today its hot and sunny and some of my flowers are in bloom. something smells highly of Hawaiian Tropic and Gin out here. woo, it's me. i <3 summer.

i want beta to take lessons from this little fartstick. jajajajajajajaja!
