This comes months after Ford said he would stop drinking altogether, but like the guy at the end of the video praising Rob Ford, most people are probably happy to have the crazy Rob Ford back.
I used to hate this guy for his drunken nonsense and drug addiction, now I'm starting to admire these traits as persistence and dependability. That's rare in a politician.
